These terms govern your use of the Pharmer's Market on Lindsey website and your purchases at our Norman, Oklahoma dispensary. By using this site you agree to the terms below.

Age and licensing requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age, or 18 or older with a valid Oklahoma medical marijuana patient license, to browse this website or purchase products from us. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for every in-store purchase, and a current OMMA patient card is required for medical purchases.

Products, pricing, and availability

Menu items, promotions, and pricing shown on this site — including our live Weedmaps menu — are provided for convenience and may change without notice. Inventory is limited to stock on hand, and we may correct pricing or availability errors at any time. Deals cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and all sales are final except where required by Oklahoma law.
