    Visiting the store

    Where is Pharmer's Market on Lindsey located?
    We are at 530 West Lindsey Street, Norman, OK 73069, a few minutes from the University of Oklahoma campus on Lindsey Street.
    What are your hours?
    We are open 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM Friday and Saturday. Hours are also listed on our locations page.
    How do I see what is in stock?
    Our live menu is updated as inventory moves, so it reflects what is actually on the shelf. Open the live menu page and browse by category, or call the store if you cannot find something.
    Do you run deals?
    Yes. Current specials are posted on our deals page and rotate regularly, including brand-specific promotions. Ask a budtender which deals stack.
    What products do you carry?

    Do I need an Oklahoma medical card to shop?
    Yes. Oklahoma is a medical-only state, so you need a valid OMMA patient or caregiver license (or an OMMA temporary license for out-of-state patients) plus matching photo ID.
    Is parking available?

    First-time patients

    What do I need to bring to a Norman dispensary?
    Bring your valid Oklahoma medical marijuana patient (or caregiver) license and a matching photo ID. Oklahoma dispensaries are required to check both before a sale, so if either one is expired we will not be able to complete the purchase.
    Can out-of-state patients buy here?
    Oklahoma issues a temporary patient license for visitors who hold a medical marijuana card in another state. If you have that temporary OMMA license and a matching photo ID, you can shop with us the same as a resident patient.
    Do I need an appointment?
    No. Walk in any time we are open at 530 West Lindsey Street in Norman. If you want something specific set aside, call us at (405) 857-7445 and we will tell you whether it is on the shelf.
    How much can I buy in one visit?
    Oklahoma sets patient possession limits rather than per-visit limits, and our budtenders track the state limits at checkout. Ask at the counter and we will walk you through what you can take home that day.
    What should a first-time patient start with?
    Most people start low and slow — a low-dose edible, a pre-roll, or a small amount of flower — then adjust on the next visit. Tell your budtender what you are hoping for and how you prefer to consume, and they will narrow the shelf down for you.
    How long does a first visit take?
    Usually about ten minutes. We verify your license, talk through what you are looking for, and check you out. Browsing the live menu before you arrive makes it faster.

    Oklahoma medical cards

    Who issues medical marijuana cards in Oklahoma?
    The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) issues patient, caregiver and business licenses. Applications are submitted online through the OMMA licensing portal at omma.ok.gov.
    Do I need a doctor's recommendation?
    Yes. An Oklahoma board-certified physician (MD, DO or podiatrist) must sign the OMMA physician recommendation form. Oklahoma does not require a specific qualifying condition — the recommendation is at the physician's discretion.
    What documents does OMMA ask for?
    Typically proof of Oklahoma residency, a clear digital photo, a valid state-issued photo ID, and the signed physician recommendation. Check omma.ok.gov for the current checklist before you apply, since requirements and fees are set by the state.
    How long is an Oklahoma patient license valid?
    Standard adult patient licenses are issued for two years unless the physician recommends a shorter term. OMMA sends renewal reminders, and you must renew before the expiration date to keep shopping.
    Can I shop the day I apply?
    No — you need the approved license in hand (digital or printed) plus matching photo ID. Once OMMA approves you, come see us at 530 West Lindsey Street and we will help you pick a first product.
    What if my card is expired?
    We cannot sell to an expired license. Renew through the OMMA portal first; once the new license is approved you can shop again immediately.
